Bottle Cap is the inviting and comforting restaurant and bar by Chef/Owner Dane Boryta and his wife/co-owner Liz Ferro. Boryta and Ferro have transformed the former Washington Square Bar & Grill into a friendly, casual, affordable spot featuring organic, locally sourced American cuisine. The bar features a dynamic, seasonal craft cocktail list, house-made barrel-aged cocktails and eight eclectic beers on draft. Live music is featured Tuesday-Thursday 7-10pm and Fridays 6-9pm, and paintings from local artists are featured in the lounge and dining room. We look forward to seeing you!
